The Sun Prairie Area School District is looking for a dynamic, student centered, and equity focused Associate Principal for Sun Prairie East High School. We are seeking a self-reflective, innovative, equity-focused, and visionary leader who has a core belief of seeing diversity as an asset and will create a collaborative environment with all staff and families. Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of leadership experience (Preference given for experience in schools that are racially, linguistically, and socioeconomically diverse)
3 years of professional educator experience, secondary level preferred
Master''s Degree in Educational Administration or enrolled in a program leading to a principal certification
Possess (or enrolled in a program leading to a principal certification) a current Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) license for Principal (51). Additional licensure as Director of Instruction (10) or Director of Student Services (80) are highly valued.

Multi-lingual with preference for fluency in Spanish and/or Hmong
