Job Title: Associate Principal - Program & Project Management (Data Program Manager)
Work Location- Irvine, CA
Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Project Program Manager to lead and deliver large-scale business and technology initiatives with strong governance and stakeholder management.
Lead end-to-end program delivery ensuring alignment with strategic business goals Manage multiple projects and workstreams within a program.
Define project scope milestones deliverables dependencies and timelines.
Drive execution to meet scope schedule budget and quality objectives Establish and maintain program governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
Track project progress identify deviations and implements corrective actions.
Engage and build strong relationships with business stakeholders, client leadership delivery teams, architects and vendors.
Present program status risks issues and recommendations to senior leadership Facilitate steering committee reviews and executive governance meetings.
Develop roadmaps resource plans and execution strategies Manage RAID Risks Assumptions Issues.
Dependencies log Drive compliance with organizational delivery standards and processes Track program budgets forecast revenue cost and margin performance Monitor resource utilization and productivity.
Support SOW management change requests and financial governance Lead Agile ceremonies including PI.
Planning Scrum of Scrums and cross team coordination Drive continuous improvement initiatives using delivery metrics and dashboards.
Ensure adherence to quality and process standards Plan workforce requirements and capacity management.
Coordinate onboarding staffing and allocation activities.
Manage vendor engagements and third-party dependencies.
Apply program architecture principles to design and structure programs effectively.
Enforce project governance to maintain standards and accountability throughout project lifecycle.
Manage program and project delivery ensuring on time and quality completion.
Define and communicate project scope milestones and deliverables.
Implement and maintain governance frameworks and reporting structures.
Engage with stakeholders across business technology and vendor teams.
Present program status and escalate risks and issues to leadership.
Facilitate governance forums and steering committee meetings.
Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps and resource plans.
Track and manage risks assumptions issues and dependencies.
Monitor financial performance including budgets forecasts and margins.
Lead Agile delivery processes and promote continuous improvement.
Manage workforce planning resource allocation and vendor coordination.
Apply program architecture best practices to optimize program structure.
Ensure strict adherence to project governance standards and compliance.

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
