Seeds of Health, Inc., a non-profit social service agency, is seeking a full-time Associate Principal for the 2026-2027 school year at our Veritas High School Campus.
The qualified candidate must currently possess or be able to obtain a Wisconsin DPI Principal license (#5051).

The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with students in the heart of Milwaukee and will be committed to serving as a leader in a variety of capacities. The Associate Principal role is charged with maintaining building operations, assisting with classroom management and overall student behavior, supporting the instructional vision of the school, and acting as a liaison between the school and families. The Associate Principal role plays a pivotal part in maintaining and sustaining a positive school climate for students, staff and families.
The ideal candidate will have curricular and instructional knowledge, teaching and leadership experience, the ability to build strong rapport with students, staff, parents, and the community, and strong communication skills. A minimum of 3-5 years as a classroom teacher is preferred.

Seeds of Health is a K-12 district with a total of five schools: Seeds of Health Elementary School (K4-8), Veritas High School, Tenor High School - Journal Square Campus, Tenor High School - Cathedral Square Campus, and Grandview High School. The schools have been consistently recognized for high performance. Seeds of Health is the only charter agency that has a PreK-12 program.
