Job Overview
We are seeking an Associate Print Production Coordinator to support day?to?day graphic and print production operations at a corporate headquarters location in El Segundo, CA. This entry?level role is ideal for candidates with foundational creative skills, an interest in print and graphics production, and the ability to follow established processes and guidelines in a fast?paced environment.

Reporting to the Print Production Supervisor, this role focuses on standardized graphic production tasks, collaboration with internal teams, and supporting the creation of high?quality visual assets. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of color theory, layout principles, and print production tools, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the graphics and print production team with a variety of standardized production tasks
  • Assist with daily print workflow activities while following established procedures and specifications
  • Help prepare files and assets for production using industry?standard software
  • Apply basic design, layout, and color theory concepts to ensure accurate final output
  • Maintain organization of production materials and supplies
  • Perform moderate physical tasks, including stocking supplies and lifting materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality expectations
  • Be available to work overtime and occasional weekends as business needs require
Required Skills and Knowledge
  • Working knowledge or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Understanding of design and layout fundamentals
  • Knowledge of Onyx Thrive software is preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized workflows
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate design concepts into final printed products
Qualifications
Education
  • Associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience

Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in a related field such as print production, graphic production, or a creative operations environment
