Job Description
Oversee procurement processes for food and beverage products, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms. Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement activities with business needs. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to maintain seamless operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and cost analysis. Manage procurement contracts and resolve disputes effectively.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Associate Procurement Manager should have: Prior experience contracting or on temporary assignments with the ability to demonstrate value add from day 1. Experience with procurement processes in the food and beverage industry or related product industries. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
