  • Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and increased efficiency.
  • Maintain asset tracking systems, shot grids, and workflow management tools.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including localization, publishing, and narrative content teams to streamline delivery processes.
  • Help establish scalable production practices that improve team effectiveness and content throughput.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Production, Associate Producer, Project Coordinator, or similar role supporting art, animation, or creative teams.
  • Strong understanding of production pipelines, dependency management, scheduling, and asset tracking.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Experience balancing short-term production needs with longer-term team goals.
  • Adaptability and effectiveness within fast-moving, evolving environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a live-service game or live operations environment.
  • Familiarity with Jira and automated workflow/ticketing systems.
  • Interest in process improvement, automation, and production optimization.
  • Exposure to character pipelines, cosmetic asset production, or 3D content workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Perforce and game engine tools.

  • Collaborative and confident working across technical, creative, and production teams.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about helping teams deliver high-quality content efficiently and at scale.
