Job Summary and Qualifications

The Associate Product Analyst will lead the analysis, development, and optimization of physical security technology solutions to include a standard access control and camera monitoring system across US operations. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Facilities, and Security to ensure systems are fit for purpose and aligned with strategic business goals. This includes monitoring and supporting the hardware and software, as well as assisting in facilitating the integrations of HR and Identity and Access systems.

Major Responsibilities

Product Development and LifeCycle Management

  • Oversee and participate in current lifecycle management processes including governance, analysis, and documentation 
  • Oversee and participate in upgrade planning, testing, education, communication and deployment of new releases 
  • Ensure alignment with organizational security strategy and enterprise architecture 
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps for physical security systems (e.g., access control, camera monitoring, alarm systems, Infant Protection, etc.) 
  • Oversee and participate in current lifecycle management processes including governance, analysis, and documentation. 

Product Implementation and Integrations

  • Lead or support delivery of physical security technology projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. 
  • Develop and document standard integration process for governance and approval 
  • Develop, in partnership with vendors, standard HCA training documentation for facility end-users 
  • Develop and document standard integration process for governance and approval 
  • Organize and implement standard integrations with HR and Identity and Access platforms 
  • Develop, in partnership with vendors, standard HCA training documentation for HR and Security Personnel 
  • Maintain vendor relationship and coordination throughout implementation 

Operations Support

  • Analyze system performance and usage data to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Support incident management requests 
  • Support Physical Security applications Knowledge base library, and SharePoint Libraries 
  • Support data warehouse projects and PowerBI initiatives.

  • Support Genetec Access Control Knowledge Base library Support Axis Communications camera Knowledge Base library 
  • Corporate, Division, and Facility optimization activities, i.e. single-sign on, multi-campus workflow improvements 
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • One or more year(s) of experience in Technology support setting. Preferred 
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with complex stakeholder landscapes. Preferred 
  • Strong knowledge of physical security standards and technologies Preferred Strong Microsoft Office Skills – Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PP Required 
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery methodologies. Preferred

  • Genetec Security Center and Security Center SaaS (Synergis/Omnicast/ClearID): Ability to navigate and support day-to-day access control, badging, and video management system operations, including basic configuration/programming (doors, schedules, alarms/events, and automations), credential and cardholder/identity lifecycle management (enrollment, updates, deprovisioning), and routine monitoring, investigation, and reporting. Familiarity with Genetec ClearID physical identity management concepts and basic administration for identity governance/workflows and access provisioning. Preferred 

May require up to 25% of travel
