Award winning manufacturer is seeking an Associate Product Application Engineer / Specialist to join its team in

Charlotte, NC. This role will work closely with builders, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to

provide technical support, develop installation resources, and help ensure the successful application of industry-leading products. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded professional who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with customers, and translating complex concepts into practical solutions. Salary up to $85k a

year.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to internal and external customers regarding product applications, installation practices, and performance.

• Assist builders, architects, engineers, and contractors with project-specific design and installation questions.

• Conduct on-site visits to support customers and evaluate product applications in the field.

• Collaborate with Research & Development teams to support product improvements and new product development initiatives.

• Partner with Marketing and Brand teams to ensure technical accuracy of customer-facing materials and product information.

• Create, update, and maintain technical documents, installation guides, and application resources.

• Develop and revise installation details.

• Assist in maintaining technical content and documentation on company websites and digital platforms.

• Work with Product Engineering team members to develop solutions for unique customer project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with or willingness to learn AutoCAD and SketchUp.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and customer service.

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage both independent and collaborative projects.
