What You’ll Be Responsible For
As an Associate Product Design Engineer, you will design, model, and test prototypes for products and identify and select materials needed for production. Hybrid, Cleveland location. This position will require traveling up to 15% of the time.
In this role your expertise will shine in the areas of:
- Testing prototypes for products
- Identifying and selecting materials needed for production
What You’ll Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or product design engineering
- 0-2 years of experience doing 3D design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with AutoCAD PTC Creo or SolidWorks required.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings; design experience is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude a plus
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and solid business acumen.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, always seeking ways to add value, drive growth, and improve operations.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for both engineers and non-technical customers.
