This role sits at the intersection of industrial sensing, pricing strategy, and portfolio management, with exposure to both organic product development and acquisition-driven expansion.

You'll work directly with experienced Product Managers and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, improve portfolio performance, and translate customer needs into actionable product decisions. This is a hands-on role designed to accelerate your development into a full Product Manager.

What You'll Do

Own defined areas of the product portfolio

  • Take responsibility for specific analyses and initiatives (e.g., pricing optimization, SKU rationalization, segment-level roadmap inputs) and drive recommendations to improve growth and profitability.

Identify growth opportunities

  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to uncover and size new opportunities within the Pressure & Force sensing space.

Support portfolio strategy and execution

  • Support the development and implementation of plans to maximize revenue and profitability for existing products from product introduction, growth, maturity, decline, and end of life within the Pressure & Force portfolio.

Drive data-informed decisions

  • Monitor product performance (revenue, margin, share) and recommend actions to improve business outcomes.

Partner cross-functionally

  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to support product launches, develop sales enablement tools, and ensure successful execution.

Engage with customers and the field

  • Gather insights through sales teams, customer interactions, and market data to inform product direction.

Contribute to M&A and portfolio expansion

  • Support due diligence and portfolio assessments for potential acquisitions and adjacent market opportunities.

What You'll Learn

  • How to manage and grow a technical product portfolio in an industrial market
  • Pricing strategy, margin management, and commercial decision-making
  • How to evaluate new markets and acquisition opportunities
  • Translating customer and business needs into product requirements
  • Working cross-functionally to bring products to market

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in product management, technical sales, business analysis, or similar roles (industrial or technical products preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and turn data into actionable insights
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and willingness to challenge assumptions
  • Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward learning and ownership
  • Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of product development processes
  • Willingness to travel (~10-25%)
