    Description

    Responcibilities:

    • The Associate Product Manager supports the execution of commercial strategy for assigned pharmaceutical products, with a primary focus on managing relationships with external advertising agencies. This role helps ensure consistent, compliant, and effective promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the advertising agency, managing timelines, deliverables, and feedback.
    • Coordinate development of promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and regulatory requirements.
    • Review and route marketing assets through internal medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes.
    • Support campaign execution across channels (digital, print, sales materials).
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, regulatory, sales) to gather input and maintain message consistency.
    • Track project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
    • Assist in analyzing campaign effectiveness and gathering market insights.

    Skills:

    • Experience working with advertising or creative agencies.
    • Familiarity with pharmaceutical promotional review processes (MLR).
    • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

    Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree required (marketing, life sciences, or related field preferred).
    • 2 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare marketing, or agency account management.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
