Main Purpose of the Role:
The Associate Product Manager is responsible for supporting the development, positioning, and
lifecycle management of the company’s products. This role works closely and in collaboration
with marketing, clinical education, field sales, quality, regulatory and engineering to help execute
product strategies and ensure successful product adoption.
The Associate Product Manager takes ownership of assigned product programs and initiatives,
supporting product launches, developing content, and ensuring alignment between product
strategy and commercial execution. This role requires someone who is self-directed, organized,
and naturally comfortable driving deliverables forward in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take responsibility of assigned product programs and initiatives, driving them from
planning through completion in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Support the development and execution of product strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Assist in managing the product lifecycle, including product positioning, launch support,
and performance monitoring.
• Gather and synthesize customer and field feedback to support product improvements
• Assist in the development of product messaging, value propositions, and marketing
content across a variety of formats and audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns, collateral development, and
product promotion activities.
• Develop and maintain product-related materials, scripts, and resources for internal and
external audiences.
• Work with sales teams to support product training, field enablement, and customer
engagement initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, clinical, and regulatory teams to support product development
and updates.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform
product decisions.
• Assist in preparing product documentation, presentations, and internal communications.
• Track key performance indicators and support reporting on sales and market trends.
• Support product launch activities, including coordination of cross-functional teams and
deliverables.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and project coordination efforts.
Education and Experience (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Biomedical
Engineering, or a related field required.
• 2–3 years of experience in product management, marketing, life sciences or related
roles.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or technology environments strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate technical or clinical information into clear, customer-focused
messaging.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing or product management
tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience developing or supporting product or clinical training content.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, clinical, and engineering teams.
