Associate Product Specialist – Medical Sales
We are looking for a motivated Associate Product Specialist to support sales efforts within a defined territory. This role focuses on educating clinicians and patients, supporting product demonstrations, and helping drive sales growth for innovative medical devices.
What You’ll Do
- Educate doctors, therapists, and patients on medical devices and treatment options
- Conduct in-clinic presentations, product demos, and patient training
- Assist with documentation needed for product access and reimbursement
- Support territory sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly goals
- Travel within the territory to support clinics and patient appointments
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous sales experience required (medical or outside sales preferred)
- Comfortable working directly with patients and healthcare professionals
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Coachable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to grow into a full Territory/Product Specialist role within 12 months
Nice to Have
- Experience with medical, DME, or healthcare sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Experience in regulated or prescription-based industries
