As an Associate Manager of PC, you will play a critical role in leading a team of Supervisors to drive operations, optimize efficiency, and ensure production goals are met. You will work cross-functionally with manufacturing and operations teams, interfacing with Engineering, Quality, Material Flow, and Maintenance to improve processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Build a strong, motivated production team capable of consistently delivering high-quality products against aggressive production targets. Maintain a culture that prioritizes safety and quality through communication, action, and accountability. Empower teams to collaborate with engineering to improve product manufacturability and line productivity. Develop training programs and workforce development strategies for Supervisors, Lead Material Handlers, Equipment Maintenance Technicians.

Support issue resolution, including root cause investigation and corrective action tracking. Drive standardization of work processes and ensure consistent practices across shifts and areas. Utilize production performance metrics to optimize efficiency, quality, safety, throughput, and cost control.

Requirements:

  • 5 plus years of experience managing teams in a high-volume manufacturing setting
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience with demonstrated exceptional ability
  • Strong ability to analyze and drive performance metrics, efficiency, quality, safety, cost
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as necessary
