A day in the life
You kick off the shift on the production floor, rallying your team around safety, quality, and output goals. You’re present where the work happens—checking lines, confirming GMP adherence, and removing roadblocks. Throughout the day, you coach operators, align with QA on quality holds, sync with maintenance on equipment needs, and coordinate with supply chain to keep materials flowing. By shift-end, you’ve celebrated wins, addressed gaps, and captured ideas for continuous improvement in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.
What you’ll tackle
- Guide daily manufacturing operations to hit safety, quality, and throughput targets
- Coach, train, and develop team members; conduct performance feedback and support growth
- Oversee processes to ensure compliance with GMPs, safety protocols, and company policies
- Advance continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce waste
- Partner closely with QA, maintenance, and supply chain to keep the line running smoothly
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree required (college graduates welcome)
- 2–5 years (maximum) of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Proven leadership with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a rapidly moving environment
Bonus points
- Background in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement practices
- Experience using ERP platforms and production reporting tools
Physical demands
- Lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Stand, walk, and work on the production floor for extended periods
- Work an 8-hour shift and overtime as needed
