What You’ll Do:

• Label, inspect, and package final container products using manual or automated systems.
• Set up, change-over, and operate labeling and packaging equipment efficiently.
• Perform data entry, imprinting computer-generated labels, and maintain thorough records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in filling, labeling, and packaging operations while adhering to GMP, ISO, and SOP guidelines.
• Conduct in-process quality checks such as fill checks, torque assessments, vision system inspections, and label alignment reviews.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure conformance to quality standards.
• Assist with cleanroom activities like aseptic gowning and decontamination procedures.
• Support warehousing activities including inventory management, picking, issuing, and shipping.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, filling, labeling, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and documentation.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Prior experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Familiarity with aseptic processing or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience operating packaging or labeling machinery.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School diploma with relevant production or manufacturing experience.
• Early-career candidates enthusiastic about learning in a regulated environment.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work on-site in Branchburg, NJ.
• Willingness to perform environmental monitoring activities as needed.
