What You'll Do:
Label, inspect, and package final container products using manual or automated systems.
Set up, change-over, and operate labeling and packaging equipment efficiently.
Perform data entry, imprinting computer-generated labels, and maintain thorough records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Participate in filling, labeling, and packaging operations while adhering to GMP, ISO, and SOP guidelines.
Conduct in-process quality checks such as fill checks, torque assessments, vision system inspections, and label alignment reviews.
Inspect products for defects and ensure conformance to quality standards.
Assist with cleanroom activities like aseptic gowning and decontamination procedures.
Support warehousing activities including inventory management, picking, issuing, and shipping.
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
0 to 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, filling, labeling, or warehouse operations.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good understanding of GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations.
Basic computer proficiency for data entry and documentation.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Prior experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
Familiarity with aseptic processing or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Experience operating packaging or labeling machinery.
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School diploma with relevant production or manufacturing experience.
Early-career candidates enthusiastic about learning in a regulated environment.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work on-site in Branchburg, NJ.
Willingness to perform environmental monitoring activities as needed.
