ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULT MINISTRIES Princeton Theological Seminary invites applications for a faculty position in Youth and Young Adult Ministries at the rank of Ass ociate Professor with tenure The successful candidate will display a vital theologica l ecclesiastical and intercultural understanding of youth and young adult ministries. T he MDiv and PhD degrees or their equivalents are required . The successful candidate will share responsibility for all the Seminarys degree programs MDiv MTS MACEF MA hybrid MTE ThM and PhD offering a broad range of required introductory and advanced courses that support the Seminarys mission and take into account both the Practical Theology Departments needs and the ir own research interests . Applicants are expected to have a portfolio of publi cations and teaching experience in the field of Christian education and formation with specialization in the area of youth and young adult s. The successful candidate will also have research interests in one or more of the following areas pedagogical theory and practice children and family and spiritual social and political determinants of development . As Princeton Theological Seminary is related to the Presbyterian Church USA faculty members are expected to work constructively within an ecumenical ethos informed by the Reformed Tradition. R esponsibilities of faculty members include pursuing an active scholarly research agenda supervising PhD students mentoring students in all degree programs service on faculty committees and regular participation in the communal life of the Seminary .
