We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Program Manager to support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives and business programs. In this role, you will coordinate multiple related projects, manage timelines and resources, monitor progress, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program objectives are achieved.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong project coordination, communication, and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Program Coordination & Delivery
  • Support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate multiple projects within a program to ensure activities are aligned and progressing as planned.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure objectives are met.
Project Oversight
  • Monitor project progress, identify issues, and help implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Assist project teams in managing schedules, priorities, and dependencies.
  • Ensure project activities support overall program goals and expected outcomes.
Resource & Risk Management
  • Support resource planning and allocation across projects to optimize team effectiveness.
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact program success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans and resolve challenges.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Track key program metrics and performance indicators.
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress against program goals and recommend improvements when appropriate.
Stakeholder Communication
  • Serve as a central point of coordination between project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Facilitate communication to ensure alignment on priorities, expectations, and program objectives.
  • Support meetings, planning sessions, and program reviews by documenting actions and follow-up items.
Qualifications Required
  • 2+ years of experience in program management, project management, project coordination, or a related business role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience tracking project schedules, deliverables, and risks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting large-scale business, technology, or operational initiatives.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
  • PMP, CAPM, Agile, or related project management certifications are a plus.
