    Senior Associate – Project Finance

    Location: New York
    Salary Range:   $260,000 - $390,000


    Our AmLaw 100 client, a leader in the project finance sector, is seeking a Senior Associate to join its prestigious Project Development & Finance group in New York. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced attorney to engage in high-impact finance transactions and work closely with world-class clients on transformative projects across a range of industries.

    Role Overview:
    As a Senior Associate, you will be key in advising on complex project finance and development matters. You’ll leverage your expertise to structure and negotiate financing for high-profile projects, working alongside industry leaders in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in project finance or development, preferably within a large national or international law firm.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle sophisticated finance transactions and navigate intricate regulatory frameworks.
    • Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing top-tier client service.
