Job Summary
The Associate, Organizational Change Management (Financial Enterprise Engagement) will support the broader finance organization supporting change management for multiple projects. The projects include: 1) Project Horizon - the Indiana University Financial Transformation Initiative to modernize IUs overall financial operations and systems to align them with the needs of a multi-billion dollar, public higher education institution with multiple R1 campuses, 2) Anaplan IU Finances initiative to implement a new budgeting software and the associated streamlining of our budgeting processes and reporting and 3) Procurement Transformation the initiative to take key findings from our procurement review to support the implementation. These projects will help modernize Indiana Universitys financial process, structure, and systems to strengthen the financial health of IU now and in the future. This position is housed within the VPCFO organization and reports directly to the Associate Vice President of Financial Enterprise Engagement.

Working Conditions / Demands
This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.

Advertised Salary
$115,000 - $125,000 annually, depending upon qualifications
