Pay Rate: $46/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible (approx. 7–4 or 8–5)
The Associate Project Manager – Small Cell will support multiple project teams involved in network design and construction as we expand our small cell network across Colorado and Utah. This role plays a key part in project coordination, data management, vendor interaction, and ensuring accurate reporting as we deploy small cell sites within the Right of Way.
This is a remote role, but the candidate must reside in the Denver, CO area. Limited travel is required for monthly in-person meetings at a local office space, along with occasional field work (typically 10–15% weekly, with potential peaks up to 50%). Occasional travel to Utah may also be required.
Mileage and internet expenses are reimbursable.

Manage and track audits of power systems
Monitor project progression and provide status updates to leadership
Coordinate materials and logistics for deployment
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors
Attend and/or lead deployment meetings to drive progress
Review vendor-provided data and ensure accuracy within internal systems
Manage risks, actions, issues, and scope changes in alignment with contractual obligations
Escalate issues as needed across internal lines of business
Maintain alignment with organizational goals, scopes, timelines, and budgets

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of project management experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets
Understanding of small cell construction (RF, fiber, power, distributed power)
Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels, including senior leadership
Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Knowledge of public Right-of-Way requirements and deployment processes
