As an Associate Project Manager, you will play a vital role in keeping projects on track, within scope, and on budget by collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear documentation and communication.
  • Plan and communicate project progress, challenges, and needs through various channels including reports and team discussions.
  • Advocate for project teams by fostering collaboration and removing obstacles to success.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, working with team members to prioritize and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and apply strong time management to meet deadlines.
Education

A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience

Experience in project management is preferred, especially within healthcare settings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.

Certifications

CAPM or PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Mental and Physical Requirements

The role requires managing multiple tasks simultaneously, generating reports, and occasional work outside regular hours to resolve project issues.
