Job Title: Associate Project Manager – Small Cell
Contract Period: 09/29/2025 – 09/25/2026 (12 months)
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, Sunday–Saturday; Weekly timesheet)
Pay Rate: $42/hr
Location: Doral, FL (Hybrid – Monday & Friday WFH; Tuesday–Thursday onsite)
The Associate Project Manager – Small Cell will provide direct support to multiple project managers. This role is responsible for managing project capital pass-through budgets, ensuring financials are completed accurately and on time, and maintaining compliance with customer contracts and company policies. The position requires a detail-oriented, financially savvy professional who can collaborate effectively across internal teams and customer stakeholders.
Review and interpret customer contracts, scope of work, and project/financial timelines.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in customer deployment meetings.
Maintain accurate and reportable data in internal and customer systems.
Track and report financial status against commitments, keeping stakeholders updated.
Identify and resolve conflicts, escalating issues when appropriate.
Manage risks, dependencies, scope changes, and work order adjustments in line with contractual practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project and financial objectives are met.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
3+ years of project management experience.
Experience managing project budgets or related financial responsibilities.
Proficiency with MS Excel, including handling and organizing large datasets.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial metrics.
Ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills.
Customer-facing project management experience preferred.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of public right-of-way project deployment a plus.
