We offer strong career growth, mentorship, and exposure to large-scale utility projects.Support the management and execution of transmission and substation projects ranging from 69kV, 115kV, 138kV, 161kV, 230kV, 345kV, and up to 500kV. Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and resource coordination. Coordinate with engineering, design, construction, and field teams throughout project execution. Track project deliverables, action items, schedules, and client requirements. Support utility client communication, meeting coordination, and project reporting. Assist with substation and transmission project planning, scope development, and document management. Monitor project performance related to cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support project milestones. Support construction activities including outage coordination, field reporting, and issue resolution. Prepare project documentation including meeting notes, schedules, status reports, and change orders. Assist with renewable energy interconnection and grid modernization projects. Familiarity with power delivery, EPC, or utility environments preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Excel, or project tracking tools preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Field or construction coordination experience is a plus.Competitive salary ranging from $100000 to $115000 annually, depending on experience.
