Travel: Up to 25%

Role

Provide project management support for a medical device site integration project, coordinating day-to-day activities across Packaging, Labeling, Design Controls and Biocompatibility teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, activities, resources and deliverables.
• Develop WBS, master schedules and resource plans.
• Track project progress, timelines, risks, constraints, resources and decisions.
• Support risk mitigation and contingency planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and onboard projects into PM frameworks.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for leadership.
• Communicate project plans, risks and decisions to technical/business stakeholders.
• Support project management tools and processes.

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Project Management, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years engineering/project experience, preferably in the regulated medical device industry.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling, risk management and resource planning.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft Office / project management software proficiency.

Preferred

• Mechanical, Biomedical, Materials Science or related Engineering degree.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• PMP preferred.
• Experience with orthopedic implants, medical software, biomaterials, antimicrobial technologies, wound management, coatings or local drug delivery.
• Medical device site integration experience.
