The ideal candidate has a B.S. in Engineering or related field, 1+ years of quality engineering experience, knowledge of quality methods (RCA, FMEA, SPC), and willingness to travel up to 25%.
Preferred qualifications include process improvement experience, knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, and certifications like ASQ CQE.
