Associate Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reading, understanding, documenting, and approving Production Part Approval Processes (PPAP).
  • Understanding and approving First Article Inspections (FAI), Design Control Plans (DCP), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (PFMEA), Inspection Guidelines (IGS), and Manufacturing Procedures.
  • Articulating effectively with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Investigating nonconformances and developing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) in collaboration with suppliers.
  • Evaluating supplier quality systems and ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Reviewing and validating engineering changes, including ECRs, ECNs, and CTs, to ensure seamless integration into production.
  • Auditing suppliers to verify compliance with regulatory and internal quality requirements.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for supplier quality and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field required.
  • Understanding supply chain, operations, and production processes.
  • Using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools such as OnePLM, Windchill, or SAP.
  • Working with production software like MES, EPS, Oracle, or I Factory.
  • Managing engineering changes, including ECRs, ECNs, and CTs.
