What You Will Do
Assist in structuring and negotiating complex real estate finance transactions.
Conduct thorough due diligence and financial analysis to support client objectives.
Draft and review legal documents related to real estate financing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic solutions for clients.
Manage client communications and maintain strong relationships throughout the transaction process.
Stay updated on market trends and legal developments affecting real estate finance.
Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities and preparing proposals.
Ideal Candidate Background
3–5 years of experience in real estate finance or a related field.
Strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis techniques.
Proven ability to draft and negotiate legal documents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Preferred
Experience in a law firm environment or a corporate legal department.

Compensation and Benefits
