Known for its entrepreneurial culture and active deal pipeline, the firm offers a fast-paced environment where professionals can take ownership and drive innovation across both investments and operations.Job DescriptionAs the Associate - Real Estate Investments & AI Strategy, you will report into the Head of Investments and play a hybrid role supporting live deals while driving AI innovation across the platform.Lead the adoption and integration of AI tools across the Investments function, establishing best practices for the firmIdentify high-impact use cases for AI in underwriting, asset management, and reporting workflowsSupport the underwriting of new development and acquisition opportunities through financial modeling and analysisEnhance existing Excel-based models and processes through automation and intelligent toolingPartner with Investments, Development, and Asset Management teams to improve data-driven decision makingAssist in the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and materials for senior leadership and Investment CommitteeAct as the internal subject matter expert on emerging AI capabilities, continuously evaluating new technologies and applicationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
