Role Summary<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div> Work on the full life cycle of sophisticated real estate transactions: mortgage and mezzanine debt, JV equity, acquisitions and dispositions, and development across asset classes. Expect lender and borrower -side work, portfolio and single -asset deals, and cross -office collaboration with finance, tax, and fund teams.<\/span><\/span>

Candidate Profile<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div> • 3–8+ years of real estate or adjacent transactional experience from a national or respected boutique platform<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Deal sheet showing mortgage or mezzanine finance, JV equity, acquisitions or dispositions, and development work<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Strong drafting and deal execution skills; comfort running workstreams and negotiating primary documents<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Candidates from non -real -estate transactional backgrounds with clear transferable skills will be considered<\/span>
