Job Summary:

Versiti is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team and support hiring efforts across its Donor Services organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career recruiting professional who is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations attract great talent while building a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.

This role offers exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, meaningful partnership with hiring leaders, and the opportunity to develop the skills needed to grow into a full-cycle Recruiter role. The ideal candidate is energized by purpose-driven work, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by continuous learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foundational knowledge of talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer workflows preferred.
  • Familiarity with diverse candidate sourcing methods such as job boards, Boolean search, social platforms, and referral networks required.
  • Understanding of ATS functionality and the importance of accurate documentation, workflow compliance, and process integrity desired.
  • Awareness of basic employment practices and adherence to company policies, state-specific requirements, and regulatory standards desired.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple recruiting tasks required.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills for partnering with candidates, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders required.
  • Effective time management supporting timely scheduling, coordination, and proactive candidate follow-up required.
  • Collaborative, customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability, learning agility, and openness to feedback to continuously improve required.

Required Knowledge & Experience:

  • 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or related experience.
  • Experience in either agency staffing or in-house recruiting environments.
  • Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
  • Exposure to candidate sourcing and talent identification strategies.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated interest in professional development and long-term growth within Talent Acquisition.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's Degree or higher strongly preferred.
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of required degree.

 

Salary:

The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $70,000. Pay may vary based on individual knowledge, skills, expertise, and regional factors. We believe in pay transparency and are committed to offering competitive compensation based on your qualifications and the market value for the role.
