Summary



We are seeking a dynamic Associate Recruiter to support and scale our emerging talent strategy. This role goes beyond coordination—owning full-cycle recruiting while co-leading key programs that build our future workforce.


This position will support our Emerging Talent team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of Dallas, TX.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities



+ Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for technical and corporate function roles

+ Drive hiring outcomes and pipeline quality, moving beyond scheduling and coordination

+ Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, aligning talent strategy to business needs

+ Travel to campuses, conferences, and recruiting events to engage and assess top talent from universities, technical colleges, and high schools

+ Evaluate candidates against real business needs and role requirements

+ Co-manage Summer Internship and Return-to-Work programs

+ Support end-to-end program execution, including onboarding, curriculum development, and overall experience design

+ Partner cross-functionally to deliver a high-impact, consistent candidate and intern experience


Education & Experience



+ 3+ years of experience working within a talent acquisition team, providing recruiting support and engaging directly with candidates

+ Experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in early career or high-volume environments

+ Exposure to program management or interest in building talent programs

+ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

+ Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment

+ Willingness to travel for recruiting up to 30%
