Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Position Responsibilities
Perform high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for our warehouse, customer service, office and sales teams.
Actively source and maintain talent pipelines to attract quality candidates.
Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training and job skills.
Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.
Support and maintain relationships with universities and other organizations to find talent.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
1+ years of experience in HR or recruiting preferred.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
Available for travel to job fairs, recruitment events and field locations.
