We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Associate Recruiter to manage our full-cycle hiring process for hourly, non-exempt roles. In this critical, high-velocity recruitment role, you will partner directly with hiring managers to develop and execute rapid-response sourcing strategies, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality talent for our crew teams. You will own the process from candidate attraction and high-volume screening to offer management.
Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, hourly, and non-exempt crew positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and implement aggressive, customized sourcing strategies.
- Develop and publish compelling job descriptions; identify and cultivate high-impact sourcing channels.
- Proactively source candidates via online platforms, social media, industrial networking, and referrals.
- Screen applications rapidly, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate high-frequency interview schedules.
- Ensure a professional and responsive candidate experience to maintain competitive advantage in the labor market.
- Maintain real-time accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all candidate workflows.
- Negotiate and extend job offers efficiently in alignment with HR and operational leadership.
- Monitor and report on critical metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and conversion rates.
- Represent the company at career fairs and industry events to strengthen employer branding.
- Stay current on labor laws, industrial recruitment trends, and competitive market data.
- Manage high-velocity recruitment pipelines to ensure immediate staffing for field-based roles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of high-volume recruiting experience within industrial, construction, or field-based sectors.
- Expertise in high-volume job boards and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS, Indeed).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- An ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume recruiting environment.
- Familiarity with employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven track record of success in fast-paced environments, prioritizing urgent field hiring and rapid turnaround times.
