- Manage candidate delivery and client relations of the recruitment life cycle
- Drive business development to expand accounts and create new opportunities
- Identify the best candidates for niche job opportunities
- Manage the candidate experience
- Conduct networking, screening, and client calls
- Negotiate job offers and contracts
- Oversee the onboarding process for recently hired candidates
