What You'll Be Doing

You'll join a STEM-focused recruitment team in Austin, partnering with some of the region's most innovative companies across technology, engineering, life sciences, and emerging industries.

At its core, this is a sales and relationship-building role. You'll:

• Develop new client partnerships across the Austin market
• Manage hiring processes from initial engagement through offer acceptance
