Are you a dedicated veterinarian passionate about animal rehabilitation and sports medicine? We are seeking an
Associate Rehabilitation Veterinarian to provide high-quality care. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to improve patient outcomes, support practice growth, and foster excellent client relationships. This is a 30-hour per week position with full-time benefits and the flexibility for a 3 or 4-day workweek and the opportunity to increase hours with the growth of the clinic. Our practice currently has 2 DVMs, 12 support team members, and is open Tuesday - Saturday.

Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive rehabilitative care, developing and adjusting individualized multi-modal treatment plans that support optimal recovery and performance.
- Perform and oversee therapy modalities, including laser therapy, acupuncture, therapeutic ultrasound, and more.
- Educate clients on treatment plans, home exercises, and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain detailed medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with practice management on key performance indicators and business development.
- Mentor support staff and contribute to in-house training programs.
- Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to grow the practice.
Skills and Qualifications- Required:
- DVM license in the current state.
- One of the following certifications (or an interest in pursuing): DACVSMR, CCRP, CCRT, CCAT, CCRV, VMRT, CRPM
- One of the following certifications strongly preferred: CVPP, CVSMT, CVA/CVAT
- Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A minimum of two years' experience in rehabilitation or sports medicine, preferred.
- Expertise in veterinary diagnostics and rehabilitative therapies.
- Exceptional communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to changing clinical needs and evolving practices.
- Genuine passion for animals and commitment to their care.
