We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
CNA Duties & Responsibilities
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff. • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support. • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care. • Other duties as needed.
Requirements
Valid CNA license is required. Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required. Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
