What you'll do

\n

\n

• \n
• Manage family law cases: divorce, custody, child support, protective orders, and more
• \n
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• \n
• Represent clients in court
• \n
• Build case strategy grounded in complete legal and factual analysis
• \n
• Counsel clients with clarity and honesty
• \n
• Collaborate with a supportive, experienced team
• \n

What we're looking for

\n

\n

• \n
• Maryland license with 2+ years of litigation experience; DC license a plus
• \n
• Family law background and experience
• \n
• Confident in the courtroom, precise with the pen, clear with clients
• \n
• Organized, emotionally intelligent, and level-headed under pressure
• \n
• The kind of attorney who goes further than required and can be counted on completely
• \n
• Bonus: you appreciate both legal precision and a well-timed joke
• \n
