This role is to support analytical development and characterization activities for CAR -T cell therapy products. The ideal candidate will have hands -on experience in immunology, cell -based assays, flow cytometry, and cell culture within a biotech or cell therapy environment. <\/div>

Responsibilities<\/b> <\/div>
Perform cell -based assays and product characterization studies <\/span><\/li>
Support assay development, optimization, qualification, and validation <\/span><\/li>
Conduct flow cytometry, ELISA/Luminex, and T -cell functional assays <\/span><\/li>
Support GMP release testing and QC assay transfers <\/span><\/li>
Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and write SOPs/reports <\/span><\/li>
Analyze and present scientific data to cross -functional teams <\/span><\/li>
Support cell culture processes and analytical testing activities <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
Requirements<\/b> <\/div>
BS/MS in Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, or related field <\/span><\/li>
5+ years of biotech or relevant laboratory experience <\/span><\/li>
Hands -on experience with flow cytometry, immunoassays, and cell culture <\/span><\/li>
Experience with T -cell biology and cell -based assays <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
Preferred<\/b> <\/div>
CAR -T or cell therapy industry experience <\/span><\/li>
Experience with ELISA, Luminex, qPCR, or ddPCR <\/span><\/li>
Exposure to GMP/QC environments and assay transfer activities <\/span><\/li>
Experience drafting SOPs and supporting assay validation/DoE studies <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
