We provide quality resources in four specialty areas: Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing.Job DescriptionLocation: Cambridge, MADuration: 6 MonthsWe are seeking motivated and creative individuals to join our Cell Line Technology team to contribute to ongoing efforts in developing superior host cell lines for the manufacturing of therapeutic proteins. The successful candidate will have mammalian cell culture and ideally some cell line development experience. Candidates with experience performing transfections, basic molecular biology techniques (gene cloning, plasmid construction PCR, etc) cell line screening and characterization will be highly valued. Additional experience with lab automation platforms and basic biochemical and/or immunochemical techniques would be a plus (SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, etc.).QualificationsQualifications include 2 - 3 years research experience in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry or a related field. Candidates with industrial bioprocess development experience will be highly valued. The ability to perform productively and efficiently within a dynamic work environment along with strong verbal and written communication skills is also desired. Education: A BS/MS in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry or a related field.
