Summary:
This position is responsible for testing samples, drafting methods, and reporting data under cGMP regulatory guidance for Large Molecules/Biologics product development and related stability studies. The role involves executing laboratory testing using various techniques to support Biologics Therapeutics.
 
Responsibilities
  • Execute laboratory testing using techniques such as mammalian cell culture, sterile technique, in vitro cell-based assays, ELISA assays, molecular biology, kinetic binding assessment, flow cytometry, and other methodologies as required.
  • Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures with attention to detail.
  • Train on 1-2 methods and/or techniques and perform ad hoc sample testing activities under cGMP as required.
  • Apply basic scientific and laboratory concepts and theories related to specific testing.
  • Follow cGMP requirements for legible, accurate, and thorough documentation to meet regulatory compliance.
  • Support drafting of simple methods, method forms, and result reports.
  • Adhere to policies, processes, and procedures for operating laboratory equipment safely and compliantly.
  • Understand the company culture, programs, and communication processes regarding quality, safety, and ethical practices.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Physical Science field.
  • Basic knowledge of the principles and concepts of a discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Well-organized with the ability to multitask and be flexible with the daily work schedule.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and exhibit critical thinking.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $26.00 - $26.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
