The position will be mainly involved in lab support of biologics and/or plasma formulation/process development for late stage and/or 2nd generation products, and in-use stability for late phase, 2nd generation and commercial products as applicable. Specifically, this position will perform lab work for materials/formulation/buffer preparation, sample submission, testing of formulation physical/chemical properties, record the experiments and data in the notebook, and track, compile and summarize the testing results. This individual may also provide assistance in drafting part of study protocols and reports and perform data verification. The position will work closely with DP LCM leads to provide appropriate lab support. Must be a self-starter, be able to work with limited supervision in a matrix environment and pay attention to technical details.
60% Perform lab support per study protocols with guidance from DP LCM leads, and record the experimental results accordingly.
25% Track, compile and summarize the experimental results.
15% Provide support of study protocol and report drafting as needed and perform data verification for reports, memos and regulatory documents as applicable.
• Minimum B.S. degree in Pharmaceutical chemistry, chemical engineering or related scientific disciplines. MS/BS degree with at least 1-2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience is highly preferred.
• Experiences in biologics formulation or physical/chemical testing of biologics/plasma is highly desired.
• Knowledge in basic understanding of formulation/process development is highly preferred.
