Job Description

Real Estate Asset Management AssociateAs the Real Estate Asset Management Associate, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive asset performance, support investment strategy, and enhance portfolio value. Reporting into a senior member of the asset management function, you will:Conduct detailed financial analysis and ongoing performance reviews for a management‑intensive portfolio, including hospitality, senior housing, and healthcare assets.Develop annual business plans, bi‑annual valuations, and maintain robust asset‑level financial models.Partner with operating teams and equity partners to execute value‑creation strategies across construction, lease‑up, capital expenditure projects, and competitive market positioning.Perform market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing strategy and evaluate new opportunities.Create and refine KPIs to improve transparency, accountability, and performance tracking across asset types.Collaborate with investment teams on value‑add initiatives, capital structuring, and disposition planning.Lead institutional‑quality reporting across monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc deliverables for internal and investor audiences.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
