Who You AreThe asset acquisition team finds and evaluates therapeutic ideas for GondolaBio to pursue. The team works closely with members of GondolaBio’s Investment Committee, which is composed of veteran drug developers and renowned academic scientists. As a key member of the team, this position will help set the culture and business development of the company and will be the face of the organization. In particular, the duties of the Associate/Senior Associate will be to research, evaluate, and advocate for both particular investment opportunities and broader therapeutic areas for GondolaBio to consider.

The base pay range for this position is $130,000 to $165,000 per year. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on a number of job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location. A bonus plan and equity will also be offered.
