About the role

As the Associate Services Contact Service Center Specialist, you play a critical role in providing high-quality service to associates, handling inquiries, and resolving issues. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring efficient processing of associate requests, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The Specialist serves as a key point of contact for associates, ensuring that all issues are addressed quickly and accurately.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide timely, accurate responses to associate inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and assignments
  • Resolve issues with timesheets, pay discrepancies, and benefits in line with company policies and client requirements
  • Maintain associate satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution
  • Document interactions and resolutions in the case management system
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and client agreements
  • Collaborate with payroll, recruiters/front office, and other teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Serve as liaison to address escalated issues promptly
  • Identify recurring issues and work on solutions or escalate as needed
  • Provide feedback on process improvements to enhance efficiency and associate experience
  • Stay updated on internal processes, systems, and policies to ensure accurate responses
  • Assist in generating reports and maintaining records related to associate interactions
  • Follow internal controls and applicable regulations to mitigate risk
  • Collaborate with Hiring and Recruitment Teams in the Front Office to ensure onboarding align with hiring timelines
  • Work closely with Branches to resolve associate-related challenges
  • Work with Team Leads to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and process adherence
  • Collaborate with leadership and other departments to escalate and resolve issues that cannot be resolved at the Specialist level, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Participate in meetings and forums to provide feedback on associate pain points and suggestions for process improvement
  • Reports to Associate Services Contact Center Team Lead
  • Regional Middle Office Tower Leads
  • Associate Services Field Ops Support, Onboarding, Drug & Background, and Payroll

About you

Education

Associate's Degree in

Business Admin

preferred; or 1-3 years of related professional experience in customer service.

This position is nonexempt and will be paid on an hourly basis. The salary range below has been annualized based on a 40-hour workweek.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $16.36 - $29.99. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.  PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
