Good Faith Pay Range: In accordance with Virginia law, the good-faith pay range for this position is $60,000-$71,760 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidates qualifications, education, experience, skills, and other legitimate business factors.
This is not a remote position. This position will be based at our Virginia Beach, VA location.
Position Summary
The Associate Software Developer supports the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications and web-based systems. This role works closely with senior developers and engineers to translate technical requirements into functional, scalable solutions while ensuring code quality, performance, and reliability. The role contributes to the academic, enrollment, and student-success systems that operate within ECPI's regulated higher-education environment.
