Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing strategic sustaining sourcing initiatives that drive cost, quality, service, and supply continuity improvements.
• Partnering with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize the supply base, mitigate risk, support new product development, and deliver value aligned with divisional and enterprise objectives.
• Developing and executing commodity and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Leading supplier selection, supply base optimization, and spend analysis initiatives.
• Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships while driving performance through scorecards, business reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Negotiating and managing supplier agreements to achieve optimal commercial, quality, and service outcomes.
• Conducting cost analyses, benchmarking, and make-versus-buy evaluations to support sourcing decisions.
• Identifying and implementing cost reduction, productivity, and value improvement initiatives.
• Monitoring market conditions, industry trends, and emerging technologies to inform sourcing strategies.
• Identifying supply chain risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Partnering with engineering, operations, quality, finance, and product development teams to align sourcing strategies with business needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven success in supplier negotiations, contract management, and sourcing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis, benchmarking, and cost reduction.
• Ability to manage supplier performance and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated project management and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies impacting supply chain strategies.
• Prior experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain optimization, or procurement roles.
