Position Summary
Position will be responsible for implementing projects and providing daily support of automation systems for loading and off-loading terminals. Primary duty will be PLC configuration and programming related to automation systems. Duties will include automation troubleshooting, installation, and general technical system support. Will provide support of critical production systems, 7x24, to ensure continuous system availability. Activities include direct end user contact with terminal operations, corporate personnel, and vendors.

0-2 years of relevant technical experience, including PLC programming and support
Effective analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently, managing time and schedule to meet appropriate deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills for communication with a diversified user community and outside vendors.
Ability to identify an issue, analyze and research the problem, and formulate a solution
Ability to identify, isolate, and repair equipment and software affecting service for all supported locations.
Available for 24 x 7 support as needed.
Ability to take directions from supervisors and work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in several of these areas preferred:
Support of PLCs deployed in petroleum industry
Ability to read and understand P&ID drawings
Field instrumentation and electrical systems.
Terminal system pre-set and metering technologies.
Basic knowledge of petroleum operations and industry terminology.
Working knowledge of networks and Microsoft Windows
Relational Databases, such as SQL or Oracle and PL/SQL
Linux, Unix, or QNX
MS Office Products
